TIDAL Above-Level Testing

We support families and schools seeking above-level testing services. 
Above level achievement testing 
allows talented students to demonstrate
​their academic skills at a level beyond what grade-level tests can show.

Professional Development & Parent Workshops

  • We train audiences internationally on best-practices in gifted education.
    ​Our expertise includes:
    • Supporting Alabama's gifted specialists in best practices for services and identification
    • Adopting equitable identification practices for gifted and talented services
    • Training parents and caregivers across the U.S. in creative education and nurturing  creative talent
    • Building capacity for talent identification and development for the entire school faculty and administrators 
    • Designing and evaluating STEM talent development programs
